Power Akshay has wide range of tested stainless steelmade link boxes and sheath voltage limiter covering full range of HV cable sheath earthing application for 66 KV to 400 KV Underground Power Cables

Link Boxes provide sealed and dry environment to HV Cable Sheath Earthing. Also Stainless steel boxes are designed such as it is easy to install and reliable against sudden fault occurrence.

Power Akshay has following types of Link Boxes

Single Phase Link Box

Three Phase Straight Bonding Link Box (3-1 Way)

Three Phase Cross Bonding Link Box (3-1 Way)

Three Phase Cross Bonding Link Box (6-1 Way)

Enclosures are rated IP65 for Outdoor/Indoor applicationand IP68 for Underground application.

Enclosures are made from high quality Stainless Steel(SS304) with powder coated. Conductor is made from High Conductive Copper with Tinned Plated. Epoxy Resin insulator is used to separate live parts from enclosure. Sheath Voltage Limiter is used as per the specification of Bonding cable.

Link Boxes are sealed with Rubber gasket and Check Nuts.

Electrical Feature:

High conductive electrolyte copper is designed such as itwill sustain up to 40KA short circuit current for 1 sec.

TLink Boxes have Epoxy Insulators which maintain theinsulation between Live parts and Earth

Double Earthing will provided with special client requirement.

Insulation between Phase to Phase and Phase to Earth will be ≥1GΩ.

Type Tests:

25 KV DC Voltage withstand Test for 1 min.

Degree of protection IP65 and IP68.
